This 2016 Kia Sportage CRDi KX-3 offers a compelling blend of practicality and comfort, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a reliable and well equipped SUV. Powered by a robust 2.0L diesel engine and featuring a capable Four Wheel Drive system, this Euro 6 compliant model is designed to handle a variety of driving conditions with confidence. Inside, you’ll find a host of thoughtful features, including heated front and outer rear seats for enhanced comfort on colder days, a reversing camera system complemented by rear parking sensors to aid manoeuvrability, and automatic headlight control for added convenience.
The KX-3 trim level ensures a generous level of equipment, and this particular Sportage stands out with its notably large boot space, perfect for accommodating luggage, shopping, or sports equipment. Furthermore, its position within a low insurance group indicates that running costs are likely to be more affordable compared to similar vehicles. These highlights collectively demonstrate the Sportage’s appeal as a well rounded and economical option in the SUV market.
Calculate Your Monthly Cost
See monthly cost first. Not just prices
Hire Purchase. You pay a deposit, then fixed monthly payments that clear the full price of the car across the term. Nothing large is left to pay at the end. Technically you are hiring the car until the final payment, so the lender owns it during the agreement and you cannot sell it without settling first. At the end you pay a small option-to-purchase fee, usually somewhere between £10 and £300, and the car becomes yours.
Conditional Sale. Almost identical to HP — same deposit, same fixed monthly payments, same result at the end. The difference is in the contract: it is a sale from the start, with ownership conditional on you completing the payments. That means no option-to-purchase fee, and the car transfers to you automatically once the last payment clears. Monthly costs are usually the same as HP, so the choice comes down to which the lender offers.
Personal Contract Purchase keeps monthly payments lower by deferring a large chunk of the cost to the end. You only pay off the difference between the car's price and its estimated value at the end of the term, plus interest. At the end you choose: pay the optional final payment and keep the car, hand it back, or part-exchange it. Mileage limits usually apply and going over them can cost you.
Set to 10% — a typical starting point
Also called a balloon or GFV. Pay it to keep the car, or hand the car back instead. Lenders set this based on age, mileage and term.
Rates typically range from around 7% to 15% depending on your credit profile, the car and the lender. Enter whichever rate you want to model.
Estimate only — not a quote or an offer of finance. Figures are illustrations based on the numbers you enter. Actual payments depend on the lender, your circumstances and the agreement type. Key2Car is a marketplace and does not provide finance.
